Floor Hardeners – Hard aggregate topping
A ready to use mineral aggregate and cementitious product which is applied as a topping onto existing or new concrete slabs as a hard and durable wearing course.
NEODUR HE 65 is a ready to use cementitious hard aggregate screed on the basis of KORODUR hard aggregates – NEODUR HE 65 based on hardener KORODUR VS 0/5.
All three qualities are processed as composite screed in one layer for heaviest stress demands acc. to DIN 18560, part 7. Also available in colours, see KORODUR colour chart.
Application
For the production of heavy-duty industrial floors, e.g. car parks, industrial halls, assembly halls, aircraft hangars, workshops, high-bay warehouses and other industrial areas subjected to most severe stress. Indoors and outdoors.

NEODUR HE 65 plus is a ready-to-use, cementitious, synthetic-modified hard aggregate screed on the basis of KORODUR hard aggregates. Installation in one layer as bonded screed on set base concrete. Layer thickness 15 – 30 mm without additional bonding compound.
Application
For the production of heavy-duty industrial floors, e.g. car parks, industrial halls, assembly halls, aircraft hangars, workshops, high-bay warehouses and other industrial areas subjected to most severe stress. Indoors and outdoors.

NEODUR HE 60 rapid is a ready-to-use, cementitious, low-shrinkage, fast-setting screed on mineral basis with KORODUR hard aggregates acc. to DIN 1100 (groups A, M or KS)

Application

Install thickness from 10 mm e.g. for heavy-duty industrial floors in production halls, workshops, high-bay warehouses and other industrial areas exposed to heaviest stress. Indoors and outdoors.

KORODUR HB 5 – ready to use, cementitious bonding compound for the permabond compound of all grades of screeds including KORODUR hard aggregate screeds on set concrete. Specially suitable for the KORODUR KOROTAN industrial flooring system, see technical data sheet. It is unaffected by possible subgrade moisture. For indoor and outdoor use.
KORODUR HB 5 is a mineral, ready to use bonding compound for the full bond of cementitious screeds of all grades, including KORODUR hard aggregate screeds, on set concrete.
Application
For the production of bonded screeds, e.g. KORODUR or NEODUR industrial, decorative and other screeds on set concrete. Especially suitable in combination with the KORODUR-KOROTAN industrial flooring system (see data sheet). Insensitive against underground moisture. For indoor and outdoor use.
