Floor hardeners – Rapid Set repair mortars
If the schedule is tight, concrete surfaces can be fixed by using special rapid hardening Rapid Set cement based repair mortars. Rapid hardening repair compounds can be used in indoor as well as outdoor conditions and for repairing horizontal or vertical structures. Thanks to the quick stting time, the repair mortars in our selection can be used in car parks or industrial floors whether the window of time for performing the repair works is limited.
Fixed structures can be taken into use as soon as 1 hour after completion of the repair work. Repair mixes have a high compressive strength and are capable of enduring frost cycles and chloride residues. The resistance to acids also allows performing concrete repair works on agricultural installations. No additional substance to improve the bonding is needed in the case of the Rapid Set repair mortar, which significantly facilitates the process of performing the work. The installation varies within the range of 0–600 mm. Different products also have different installation thicknesses which are specified in the product descriptions.
